Shipping Policy

A nationwide flat rate of R150 will be charged for all orders. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders over R5000. Shipping takes approximately 2-3 days depending on the final destination and the courier company. As soon as an order is ready to be shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email with the tracking details.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please send an email describing your issue to info@sciencedynamix.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we respond to your email and we have reached an agreement, you will have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
